Hi I’m Claire, and I am 12 years old. I started eating raw foods not long after my mother was successful at mostly getting rid of her severe asthma with this diet. It even got rid of my cat’s asthma, and let him live to be 17 years old. However, I am on a raw diet because in part I was sick for many weeks, but moslty because my mother believes in the diet and has had great success in cleaning out her body with the diet. I would post a picture of myself, but my mother doesn’t let me post pictures of myself online. :)
