I have been a vegetarian/vegan for 19 years. On and off raw for last 4 years. I love to try new foods and to tweek recipes to make them how I like.:)
I love sprouting and dehydrating.I like to take old cooked recipes and make them raw.
I am also very into natural beauty care and I will soon be selling some natural raw beauty products that I made myself!
