Since I started going raw March 5, 2007 I have been having fun in the kitchen. Sites like this and books like RawVolution (Matt Amsden), Raw food Real World (Sarma), and Living on Live Foods (Alissa Cohen), have been instrumental in me making delicious cuisine to eat at all times.

I have been using Alissa Cohen’s book and this website for most of what I have been making in the last month and I am so satisfied.
