53 yr old mom and grandmom using raw vegan and vegetarian food in order to heal the horrible disease called Interstitial Cystitis. Was diagnosed 10 yrs ago and told there was no cure. Eating vegan several years ago, I went into remission. I stopped eating vegan...and eventually the symptoms came back. I am determined to nip this thing in the bud again!!!
