Vegan for 20 years. I decided to go all live mostly whole foods, mostly unprocessed straight, off the tree or out of the garden. Don't have a dehydrator, don't really like the sound of anything alive being dehydrated, for some reason that sounds like its dead. I surely would not want to be dehydrated.
