I'm 50 years old and began a raw foods shift in July. I was feeling a lot of joint pain and fatigue. I started with blended a fruit mix for breakfast and veggie mixes at night. It went very easily for me during the hot weather. However now that the weather is chilly, I'm hungry for substantive meals. I need to learn more to stay on track. My goal is to be healthy and fit for the next half of my life.
