Well I don’t really know where to begin. I’ve started to get really into health within the last year.I’ve been a dancer for most of my life so this is where the fascination of health began. I am also a student with a double major so its important that my eating fit my BUSY schedule. I was inspired and introduced to the raw world by an ex-boyfriend. I still eat meat but since my first cleanse two months I’ve been consciously trying to weed out processed foods and dairy. I’m finding the more I eliminate the better I feel, so we’ll see.
I joined this site because I am currently trying to incorporate more raw foods in my diet and I’d love to hear any help and support from the community.
