Hello, my name is Hannah. I live in DC with my boyfriend Kyle and currently I have been a vegan for 1 and a half years. My New Years Resolution is to go RAW for 6 months (roughly around July which is my birthday). I only hesitate to go RAW because I have tried in the past and ended up having trouble acclimating my body (I ended up in the hospital for drastically low potassium levels!) This time around, I want to be prepared and healthy! I want to eat enough to fuel my body (I'm also an avid runner) and I want to be able to provide delicious and healthy meals for Kyle (life long vegetarian). Wish me luck!
