I did a 30-day Raw Food experiment and was very pleased with the effects. But now that the trial has ended, though I really want to stay as raw as possible, I find myself making a lot of food exceptions. Now, I'd say I was about 60-70% raw on a given day, depending on how much time I have to prepare and how much food I have on hand.
I also read the Raw Food Detox Diet, and that has also influenced my eating patterns, (for ex: only eating fruit alone, eating foods in categories).
Its just such a strange way of eating... I wish I knew more people into the RFD so we could support each other and share recipe's-- in person!
