I'm fairly new to raw foods having only just completed my first 30 days of nearly 100% raw (with a couple bleeps and bloops), but have been studying recipes on here for several months now. This website really helped me kick off the start of my raw diet.
Feeling pretty great for a 30 year old. I was already in decent shape, being a personal trainer, but after just 30 days raw I am leaner than my high school days. I am going to continue eating as close to 100% raw as possible.
