I am a food guy – that is, I have had a lot of experience with food production, processing, and distribution from the farm to the table and beyond.
(still not a good cook).

The range of experience starts when I was 15 years old sleeping on a cot in a labor camp after a long day picking cantaloupe. Add a few years and a very nice suite and I am presenting a world wide tomato strategy to senor Nestle executives high in the Swiss alps overlooking lake Geneva. We met there for a week of conferences in one of the finest hotels anywhere, in any country (only a hand full of rivals)..

Finally I made my may to farming which suits me well and where it feels like home.

I have a nice little almond orchard in Kern County, near Wasco, California – the best place to grow almonds in the world.
