I teach high school Physics after completing a double major in Physics.

I’ve decided to try my hand at going RAW, after being put on a detox/RAW diet in an effort to lose weight for my upcoming wedding. Although the diet calls for 4 weeks of vegetable juices, time is not going to permit me to try out all these recipes. So after the diet is over, I’ll stick( mainly) with the RAW process until…... until I feel like coming of it. But somehow when I get my food processor and build a dehydrator, I’ll find more and more ways to eat RAW.

Lets see how far I can go with it.
