Growing up on Kibbutz in Israel, my home was like living on a farm, so I was always surrounded by delicious fruits and vegetables. I’m a big fan of the whole foods mentality, believing that food should be natural, local, seasonal and fresh. Using organic produce as much as possible, I select fruits and vegetables when they are at their peak. Avoiding packaged and processed foods, I prefer to make things from scratch. In my cooking, I like to include lots of vegetables, whole grains, beans/legumes, fresh herbs, unique spices and fruits in season.
I eat raw/ vegan/vegetarian food and I teach Raw and Living food classes.
