My husband & I were your typical SAD people, lots of meat, lots of salt, lots of soda, lots of alcohol, lots of sugar…then I started feeding our Great Dane a raw diet and was amazed at the changes in him in just a few short months. This in turn got me started researching a raw diet for humans! We are cold turkey people, so on March 25th we gave away all the food we had in the house and went to the local farmers market and stocked up. Since then we have been what we thought was 100% raw, but just found out that nori & namu shoya don’t count, so we’ll call it high raw! (We’ll be not using these items in the future.)
I’m feeling better than I ever have in my life, and can’t wait to see what the future holds! My friends & family have been very great. Everyone’s been super curious, & I’ve noticed my friends have started eating healthier and telling me about it!
