An inquisitive over-achiever dedicated to being a pure 100% raw vegan. No nuts or seeds, sweet fruits, avocadoes or coconuts, oils, salt, sweeteners, condiments, or anything dried/dehydrated, simply because I feel best without such items. Fresh vegetables (especially leafy greens), fresh fruits, and a moderate amount of sprouted legumes and grains, all in their natural state sustain me just fine. Pure raw veganism is more than my dietary choice, it is my commitment to a lifetime of optimum health and awareness.
