I’m a young enthusiast of raw foods in North Carolina. I hope to one day open In the Raw restaurant in Sebastopol, CA. Some of my fav foods include apricots, acai, almonds, pumpkin seeds, black bean sprouts, and quinoa sprouts and HEMP. I love to sprout at home and to eat living cusine, yet I do still eat some steamed and minimally processed foods under the emphatic suggestion of my parents (still no meat). I hope to grow even more in my knowledge of raw cusine and how it can help me in my 35-mile-a-week running schedule.
