I accidently stummbled onto the whole raw food idea just recently. Ever since then I’ve become completely obsessed with it. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this before! Where I come from people are the meat & potato types so it’s totally out of the ordinary. I’m definately looking forward to learning more about this & changing my eating habits.
