I’m 57 and have tried to go raw several times over the past 25 years but have never been successful for any length of time. I’m trying again and doing well at about 75% for the last month. Hope to keep it up. I’ve found this to be one of the nicest raw sites. Well organized, nice people, interesting forum discussions, and really great recipes. I think it’s the best!
