I am joining this group because I am very close to choosing a raw living foods diet… need to learn more… I am very very new to this though and it will take awhile, but i’m really interested in becoming healthy & need all the help I can find :)!

I am 42, probably look older…lol…not taking care of myself probably helps that, but with time and healthy changes I do believe that will change. I will try to post pic sometime this week, but i work night shift…so it may be a couple of weeks.

Some of my hobbies are crafts, poetry, reading…I probably have tons more, but am tired at the moment and can’t think…lol… i’ll add more as I go i’m sure :)

Sometimes i babble, so i’ll apologize now…lol…

I hope to learn much and help as much as I can!
