I started to get interested in Raw Vegan through Organic Athlete site - I decided to go ahead and try it after reading Victoria Boutenko's Green For Life... started right before Thanksgiving 2008 and still going (mostly) strong. I am confused, however, by the many conflicting pieces of information (juice? smoothie? fat? fruit?) arrghh!!!! My main goal on Raw is to lose weight so i can be a more competitive cyclist, and encounter any additonal spiritual perks along the way. I was vegan before and could never imagine myself ever eating meat or dairy again.
