I live in Perth, Western Australia, have a currently non-raw grown family, and came to raw in May ‘07 after a lifetime (about five decades) of chronic non-digestion.
Prescribed enzymes helped, but liver cleansing and a raw food diet was what I needed.
In earlier days I studied Cordon Bleu cookery (at a British finishing school!) and journalism. Now I am mixing the training to be a raw recipe creator and raw food advocate!
