After 10+ years as a whole foods veg, I decided to make the jump to raw. So far I’m not even tempted to cheat, but it’s been only 2 weeks.
My husband and all 6 of our kids are veg, and I’m planning on introducing one or 2 raw dinners a week.
Two kids and myself are also gluten free to help manage chronic illness ( I have MS, my stepdaughter has bipolar disorder, and my stepson has Autism and other learning challenges) I’m wondering if going raw will help manage the kids’ issues. Taking my stepkids off meat and processed foods did wonders for their illnesses.(my dh was typical SAD before we met)
