I’m a woman in my 60’s. I’ve been interested in raw food for several years but can’t seem to have the willpower to stick with it 100%. I really believe in Dr. Douglas Graham and what he says about the high fat diet. But that makes it even more hard to stick with the raw diet. A lot of raw food recipes contain huge amounts of nuts, seeds or avacadoes. This is very high fat….......but yummy, haha!
But, there are also lots that are low fat, and that’s what I watch for. Thanks for a great website!
