Hello! I am an 18 year old vegetarian, working towards a fully vegan lifestyle and hopefully a fully raw lifestyle shortly after.
I currently eat hardly any egg or dairy save the few baked goods that my mother forces me to try. Given her work schedule this happens less than bimonthly :D
I have only recently begun to research the raw food lifestyle, but it seems very interesting to me. I have always enjoyed eating things raw or hardly cooked and during the summers I probably follow 80% raw food without noticing. It is such a great way to rediscover food without destroying the nutrient value of it! I must say, I’m more eager about making the full switch to raw than I was about making the full switch to vegan!
