Orquídea…that is pronounced…Or-Key-Dee-a (Portuguese for Orchid, my given name).

I am learning to play with food again and loving raw recipees, not interested in going totally raw, maybe for just the summer, but love treating my body well and finding new ways to do it. I also love to rock climb, write children’s books, look for treasures on the beach, and wrestle with friends. Love is the answer to all sufferings.
