i am 43, wife, mother of 3 sons and 1 daughter and nana to 2 grandaughters and 1 grandson. i have been vegan for a long time and veggie before that, i am interested in going raw for health reasons. im still in the learning process about the raw lifestyle and have lots of questions i would like help with to help me along my raw journey.
