Hello! I first came to vegetarianism over 25 years ago. Slowly it evolved to veganism, but not always. (There have been periods in my life where I ate the typical SAD diet.) Currently, I eat high-raw.
I enjoy foods that are simple to prepare. I tend to eat intuitively, and have no idea what I want tomorrow! So, dehydrator recipes for meals don’t much appeal to me; but I am interested in crackers! I do crave crunchy foods.
