I’m a student working on a graduate degree in philosophy, and I teach an intro class part time. I’ve been dabbling in raw food for the past 2 years or so, but never made a heavy commitment for more than a month or two at a time. Otherwise I ate a largely cooked pescetarian diet for for a few months with a foundation of a raw breakfast and fresh juices. Now I’m trying to get back in the swing of raw more fully to the point where it becomes second nature to eat this way. :) I tend to lean more toward raw omni than raw vegan, though I slide back and forth between both.
