I'm 18 years old and eat a raw plant based diet. I live in the state of Georgia where grits, fried chicken, pork chops and mashed potatoes with gravy is part of the daily menu for a lot of people. I graduated in ’09 and am currently taking a gap year to become an RHN before attending a university. My goal is to be a living breathing example of what faith in God, regular exercise, lots of rest, and a living diet can do to make one a vibrant and healthy human being.
