I am a mother of one Sophie Nicole, my 19month-old, who already enjoyed a raw cauliflower salad and was asking for more! I am excited to start the new year being more raw than ever, and want to try most everything I see. We are in Chicago, and even though it’s pretty chilly, I still want to make it through being raw and healthy. I tried out dishes on some family members, and they enjoyed it as much as I did, and they are meat eaters; how about that?? I will try to update my profile, but must warn you, I’m boring! Also, I am going to try to see what I can come up with, recipe-wise, and would love all y’all’s opinions. :)
