Hello, My name is Diane Combs, Certified raw chef, instructor and coach. I have been a raw foodist for 6 years and 100% raw since February, 2007. I am currently working with a group of passionate raw foodists, under the name of Delene’s, to open a raw restaurant in Kirkland, Washington. I am endeavoring to write a book that will be helpful to beginners or those struggling to maintain a raw lifestyle, to create a “raw routine.” It is the focus of my classes and I try to help those I coach to create that day to day routine so that they can stick to their raw commitment. I also try to teach my students how to make delicious but simple raw recipes, so that they no longer miss their old cooked counterparts.
