I’ve been raw now for about 2 months, I’d say probably 80%. I feel great and am having so much fun with all these recipes. I’ve gone off and on from being vegetarian, then vegan for a bit, off the wagon totally for awhile. I have been wanting to clean up my diet, but it seems no matter what I do, I’m not having the health and energy I want and know I can have. I have never changed my diet and not had cravings, but so far being raw I’ve had hardly any- which I think is a good sign. I hope this change will be something I continue to enjoy. I love to cook, so the intricacies of the recipes are more of a interesting challenge to me rather than a detourant. Problem I foresee- my husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy, and he’s allergic to all nuts and citris, so he will NOT be joining me on this adventure. So- it will be challenging to prepare meals together.
