After someone planting the seed of raw in my head almost 6 years ago Ive come to the conclusion that the crazy person who put it there was really onto something.
I believe in this whole heartedly. Have only experienced the euphoria, mental clarity and amazing energy for about 2 weeks last summer.
Since I caught a glimpse of what my life could be like eating this way I have acquired a vitamix and just got an excalibur dehydrator for christmas.
Ive been reading everything I can get my hands on about raw and Im ready to give it another go.
