I’m in the process of transitioning into raw foods. I read the book “The Cure: Heal Your Body. Save Your Life.” By Dr. Timothy Brantey and became interested in raw foods. I have a two-year-old and I’m nursing my 8-month-old. My two-year-old has food allergies. I’m hoping that the raw food diet will not only help the family be healthier in general, but will also rid my child of her allergies. I’m looking for recipes with NO nuts as neither she, nor my son can have any right now. To my surprise, my husband has been willingly eating 2 meals a day raw (better than I sometimes!). I just need to find some good recipes so that we both keep up.
