I am new to the raw foods arena…and am scared yet excited.. I have been off and on for the past month but I think I am starting to get the hang of things.
I am learning to transition slowly, still keeping some of my cooked veggies in my diet, slowly giving them up. For now, I love trying new recipes, expanding my taste buds, and learning new ways to make food.
I want to go raw for emotional reasons. I understand that my body is not happy when I go to the SAD. I have noticed weight gain in this past year and a half and am ready to take control of my health and happiness. One step at a time!
