My great grandmother used to grow sprouts on her kitchen counter. She called them jar gardens. I was fascinated with the whole thing. She soaked flax seeds and ground them up. She seemed to be ahead of the rest of the world when it came to health food. Because I picked up on the sprout thing it led me into the raw world. I am always experimenting and inventing new recipes. Well, I thought they were new until I got on here. I am excited to find other raw people. My friends and family think I am strange when I tell them that I just made wheat groat cookies with chia jelly. My dehydrator is always going. I just made a batch of almond milk and I am having a lot of fun with this whole thing.
