I'm new to raw food eating, for three reasons:
1) I'm a type 1 diabetic, and I have faith that this will significantly lower my blood sugars
2) I recently stopped being a vegetarian, and wanted to get back into eating healthy and avoiding meat
3) I'm taking a cruise in a couple months so I'm hoping to lose some weight too!!
I love the thought of eating what the earth has provided for us. It just feels good <3
