I am Head Chef at Seattle’s only Raw cafe, Chaco Canyon Cafe. I was 100% raw for 2.5 years, jumped off the wagon for about a year and am back on now, quite happily!
I love to play with food, and often refer to myself as “The White Trash Raw Chef” because I love to recreate my trashy American favorites in healthy raw foods.
I specialize in savory, spicy, and rich dishes. I let the other chefs work their magic with the desserts and stick with my cacao drinks! :)
