I stumbled across the raw food diet while trying to cure a medical condition. Ever since the first day raw I knew this was a healthier alternative to the SAD. Since then I've been at different percentages of raw, on and off, and the only time I feel right is when I'm all raw. I believe I'm finally getting to the point in which I have enough practical knowledge about living a raw food lifestyle to maintain this superior way of living for the rest of my life.
