I love raw foods! I'm not totally raw, in large part because I cannot process carbs as I am diabetic. All the fruit, the large quantities of nuts I was eating, all the dehydrator crackers, flat breads, raw corn soup, "candied" raw walnuts, dried fruit, etc....had to go. Now I get the priviledge of picking the very best of raw for me, all the greens in particular, and I'm feeling better all the time.
