I live in Geneva, Switzerland and started going raw after trying a few dishes and craving more ever since. I love the feeling after eating raw food and don’t really have any cravings for cooked food beside goats cheese and gelato; Switzerland does them so well! My workouts have been great and I look forward to the day when I can move back to California and go 100% and eat in all the lovely raw restaurants in San Fran.
Until then, thanks for all the great recipes; my lentil veggie burgers are coming online soon; just need to nail down the measurements.
