I have struggled my entire life with food. I had a single mother with three other siblings and we were raised on pure convenience foods, mostly ramen noodles. I have had a lot of compulsive eating issues, and subsequent weight issues since i was very young due to stress and abuse. Although I am only nearing the end of my first week 80-90% raw- I do feel the difference and am hoping it’s a permanent change, I need a permanent change in my relationship with food, for my comfort, health, and the well-being of my entire life. This community has helped me incredibly in the past week and is the best website i’ve found for raw food. Thank you.
