I am a 32 year-old mother and graduate student.
I am working toward a 100% raw and sustainable lifestyle, and plan to earn a doctorate at the University of Maine with a focus on sustainable economics. I have been raw since August, 2008 and am still getting used to the preparation it takes to ‘cook’ raw foods. With a 3-year old, and a meat-loving husband, I am juggling a lot in my kitchen. Looking for new recipes that I can prepare in under 2 days that will satisfy my hunger, my taste buds, my husband, and that my daughter will eat. Thank heaven she loves tomatoes and cucumbers. She’ll eat raw peas and, of course, fruits…but she LOVES bread, cheese, rice, and anything white…What’s a raw mom to do?
