I made this cake for my birthday last week, and my raw friends found it really delicious. I like it too, because I love the combination of bananas and chocolate. If you do not like bananas, you do not have to include them.
While making the cake, you can enjoy the "leftovers" as delicious raw drinks: The water from the 2 young coconuts, as well as the soaking water from the dates which is nice and sweet.

If anybody knows me for any time they will find out that I LOVE Mexican and Thai Food! Anything with that spicy flare. I warmed my soup in the dehydrator about an hour before I wanted to eat it. AMAZING!
This has cilantro which is great for heavy metal detoxification.
Cilantro: stimulates the body's release of mercury and other heavy metals from the body. So, I use cilantro as much as possible and love it.
