This is a recipe that I got of the Raw family’s web site. Its awesome First u start with a fairly large butternut squash then u peel it wich can be tough. Throw it into a food processor and chop it up nice and small is the way i like it add raisins orange juice for a sweetener as well as honey or agave necture and cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. I personaly like it with curry and cloves instead of the nutmeg. Cloves also help to kill intestinal worms and have a wonderful chai flavor.
