variations include mixing in a bunch of dried mulberries or goji berries, adding a pinch of cayenne, or substituting just walnuts instead of the pumpkin seeds.
I made this to go with tonight's dinner using a carrot instead of bulgur wheat or quinoa for the starch.
I made the whole thing in my food processor and it took me about 8 minutes including cleaning the machine. Now it's chillin in the fridge and will be ready for dinner or lunch or a snack, in a wrap or on top of a green salad.

I tried to make a sauce from Rawsome by Brigette Mars for Mac N' Cheese. I was short a few ingredients and made some changes. What I ended up with was a rich and complex curry sauce that has a cheesy flavor and a subtle curry punch. Its fantastic and goes with just about anything. I used it in cabbage rolls and threw it over veggies. Plus I made zucchini noodles and had what I like to call Mac N' Cheese with a twist. YUM!!
A recipe for a simple banana soft serve that tastes even better than ice cream. So good that you will want to lick the bowl clean!
