I came up with these cookies as I fancied something zingy and crunchy – they are the raw equivalent of ginger snaps! They’re extra special because of the natural ingredients in them – no sweetener, no dates – it’s the apple and raisin that gives them their yummy sweetness…AND they are completely without fat! The Enzyme cake
This is a lovely cream pie! It has a sweet and hearty crust of pecans and figs, and a fresh filling with mango and a sting of lime.
It is decorated with kiwi eggs, made with a "melon
baller".

Oatmeal pizza/tart crust! :)
I had a hard time finding a pizza crust recipe that didnt call for either seeds or nuts! So I made one! The consistency is a little bit flimsy if you dont cook it as long- perfect for a taco shell ;)
