I found this drink at http://www.freedomyou.com/fasting_book/juice%20recipes.htm. It is suppose to be a power-pushing juice recipe for joggers. Clean blood, clean muscles, and enzyme-rich, nutrient-packed, fuel make for intense aerobic activity.
We serve and give away so much of this dressing it’s insane. Everyone wants the recipe here and wants to take as much of it home as we are willing to prepare for them!
TIP: because its so creamy its great as a “mayonaise” on all kinds of raw sandwiches from lettuce wraps to a dip for crudite’ or Mana Bread, or right on a traditional salad. It’s really all purpose dressing.
This is one of my more delicious experiments.
I was inspired by the divers green smoothie and tried one of my own. If I do this most often I juice the green and some fruit and add them to the mixture at the end. This way I hope to preserve as many vitamins as possible.
BTW: I am not sure whether guarana is – let’s say – ‘politically correct’ ;-) If not: drop it. The taste won’t change.
My very favorite detox. Best consumed in the morning. Don’t eat anything for at least two hours before or afterwards—beet is a powerful detoxifier. The apples make this sweet and delicious, the celery freshens it up, and the ginger gives it a little kick AND soothes the stomach.
