Well I went to a BBQ today & I feel bad because I ate a little bit of beans & chips. Granted they were the healthy organic options from Trader Joes but It wasn't raw. & I also had one bite of chicken breast & steak. I feel bad because I haven't eaten meat in a long time and it was REALLY good. lol Well I came home & thought I would make myself some lemon water because lemons detox you. But then I saw some grapefruit and some oranges...and i thought...That would be so good. So I made
Lemon, grapefruit, orange water. 50.7 ounces.
Now...I regret drinking all 50.7 ounces in a matter of App. 6 minutes. Because the sugar from the oranges have me so HYPER. I seriously feel like I could go run for a few hours. I hope I can sleep tonight. It's already 11:30pm. SO I recommend drinking this in the morning, probably throughout the day or before a workout! :]
I also am having serious detox symptoms. It's SO yummy too! I actually made a whole nother 50.7 ounces. and I really want to drink it right now. haha
The other night for dinner, I saw that my local juice bar had broccoli as an option so I decided to give it a try... IT WAS DELICIOUS. My SAD boyfriend likes to take a sip of my jucies and smoothies and try to guess what's in it. I fooled him alright!
