Ever since Nagev cam up with his superfood shake with cayenne I have been using it in my shakes. I wanted something a little more simple so I make them with my favorite food… bananas!
Here is my variation on Brendan Brazier’s morning protein shake. It has really helped in my transition to the raw diet by keeping me going until lunch.
Mmmm… a hearty breakfast, and so tasty. Can add in nuts like pecans, walnuts, or fruit.
This is pretty close to commercial yogurt in texture and tartness. I like to mix in some berries pureed with a little agave nectar, and sprinkle a little granola on top.
