I Need a Vanilla Milkshake!
To my delight, this shake is more vanilla than banana. I made this to cure a craving my husband was having. I think one of the keys is to use a less ripe frozen banana. The less ripe the less banana flavor. This recipe was the answer to my
previously SAD eater husband when he told me he was REALLY craving a vanilla milkshake. It's not just delicious, it also provides great energy and usable protein! Check out other recipes at http://reneegoesraw.wordpress.com/
Enjoy!
Tropical Fruit Salad with Curry Agave Nectar
This Tropical Fruit Salad with Curry Agave Nectar was inspired by one of my favorite meals of all time: banana curry, eaten with our toes digging into the sandy boundary between the town of Montezuma, Costa Rica, and the Pacific Ocean. This raw food recipe, however, is a much cleaner, healthier, and simpler version. And you don’t need to be in the tropics to enjoy this dish; its flavor will bring paradise to you.

Bit O' Honey Shake
This is inspired by FreeFoods NYC beelicious smoothie. I forgot what they put in but i improvised. I'm not too proud of the food combining, but hey-you gotta live a little. The color just reminded me of one of my favorite very SAD snacks...
Vanilla Chai Coconut Macaroons
This recipe is by far, my favorite raw macaroon recipe ever; not too chewy, not too sweet, and just the right texture. The combination of coconut with maple syrup and vanilla chai spice will satisfy any sweet tooth, and gives the classic macaroon a sassy raw vegan twist.
Sweet Vanilla Almond Milk with Honey
I have been raw for like, less than a week, and this is the first recipe-type thing that I have created! This is a SUPER EASY and simple drink that is very refreshing and sweet! There aren't even any real measurements, but I made this about 5 minutes ago and it was so good that I decided to post it. A lot of people have probably had this/something similar, but oh well. :)
